Annabel Robertson, JD, CFRE

VP of Institutional Advancement

Annabel Robertson, Esq., CFRE, serves as Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Executive Director of the Indian River State College Foundation. A 32-year resident of Florida’s Treasure Coast and the proud mother of four, she is deeply committed to service and expanding opportunities for local students and families. An attorney by training, Annabel brings experience from both the legal and nonprofit sectors and leads the Foundation’s philanthropic strategy across four counties. She oversees major gifts, campaigns, stewardship, events, and board engagement, guiding transformational initiatives such as the Promise Program and long-term endowment growth. A Certified Fund Raising Executive, she is committed to ethical, data-informed, relationship-centered fundraising and works closely with College leadership to align private support with institutional priorities and lasting community impact.

Brianne Hutchinson

Foundation Endowment Manager

Brianne Hutchinson serves as the Foundation Endowment Manager for the Indian River State College Foundation, where she has dedicated 15 years to advancing educational opportunity and excellence in our community.

A proud St. Lucie County native and Indian River State College alumna, Brianne’s connection to the college runs deep. Her journey from student to Foundation leader exemplifies the transformative power of community college education.

In her role, Brianne oversees the Foundation’s endowment portfolio, working strategically to ensure long-term financial sustainability while supporting scholarships and programs that directly benefit Indian River State College. Her expertise in endowment management has been instrumental in growing resources that create educational access for generations of students.
Brianne’s intimate knowledge of the Treasure Coast community, combined with her firsthand experience as an Indian River State College student, gives her unique insight into the needs and aspirations of the students the Foundation serves.

Areas of Expertise: Administrative and operational support to the Vice President and development team across fundraising, donor relations, database support and office operations.

Data Analyst/Donor Manager

Areas of Expertise: Data collection and analysis, maintenance of donor information and records, collection and entry of donor gifts, and administrative support for the development team.

Jamar T. Belizaire

Senior Director of Development

Areas of Expertise: Leading major gift strategies in Martin County and for the School of Health and Human Services, cultivating individual donor relationships, discovering new potential donors.

Judith Morales

College Success Coach – Take Stock in Children

Areas of Expertise: Supporting high school students in postsecondary readiness through mentoring support, financial aid navigation, academic progress, goal-setting, and successful transition to college.

Karen Aldana

Program Director – Take Stock in Children

Areas of Expertise: Manages the Take Stock in Children Scholarship Program providing college scholarships, mentorship and long-term support for first-generation college students.

Latrice Thomas

Accounting/Property Manager

Areas of Expertise: Provide comprehensive oversight of Tenant relations, Property Maintenance, Financial operations within the student housing facility, while supporting the finance team in daily operations.

Laura Midkiff

Director of Development – Annual giving/Alumni Relations

Areas of Expertise: Oversees Annual Fund giving, Giving Day, and employee giving, as well as alumni communications and events.

Lisa Zimmer

College Success Coach – Take Stock in Children

Areas of Expertise: Supporting high school students in postsecondary readiness through mentoring support, financial aid navigation, academic progress, goal-setting, and successful transition to college.

Maygan Johnson

Senior Director of Development

Areas of Expertise: Leads major and planned giving strategies in St. Lucie County, cultivating donor relationships to secure transformative private and public support for students college-wide initiatives.

Sherri Monds

Scholarship Development Coordinator

Areas of Expertise: Management and annual awarding of donor-funded scholarships, oversight of the college’s scholarship management system, ongoing donor relations and stewardship.

Taylor Farnsworth

Senior Director of Development – Indian River County

Areas of Expertise: Leading capital campaigns, building and sustaining strategic partnerships across nonprofit and corporate sectors, and strengthening philanthropic support to ensure long-term, unrestricted revenue growth.
