Governance & Stewardship
The Indian River State College Foundation Board of Directors is composed of community leaders who dedicate their time and expertise to guiding the Foundation’s mission. Functioning as the primary governing body, the Board ensures rigorous fiscal stewardship, oversees the management of the endowment, and ensures that every gift is used according to the donor’s intent.
Through active committee participation and strategic planning, these volunteers provide the oversight necessary to keep the Foundation transparent, sustainable, and impactful. They serve as the vital link between the community’s resources and the College’s greatest needs.
